Ghostwriting

For electric guitar and electronics. Ghostwriting is a study of the notion of control in computer music. Interaction is pushed to a paroxysm: the sound of the guitar controls the computer, which in return sends instructions to the guitar player (via a computer screen). The computer transforms the guitar sound in different ways to create an echo, a shadow that takes life to become a double.

Pour guitare électrique et dispositif électroacoustique. Ghostwriting est une étude sur la notion de contrôle dans la composition assistée par ordinateur. L'interaction est poussée à un paroxysme: le son de la guitare contrôle l'ordinateur, qui en retour fournit des instructions à la guitariste (via un écran d'ordinateur). L'ordinateur transforme le son de guitare de différentes manières, créant un écho, un ombre qui prend vie pour devenir un double.
